the story of the pinter moment

   I've always wanted to just do my own thing musically because relying on other people to help get the idea you have across is dangerous because they can just quit on you,but if you do it by yourself you can only fail if you give up on yourself ...so after my first band ended "run far tonight" i decided to do it myself and call it "the pinter moment" since then i have been working really hard to find my sound ,it had a basic concept at first ..singer songwriter acoustic project,which has been done to death ,but at the age of 17 seemed like the logical thing for me to do ,there's just one problem ...it's not interesting or exciting to people ...not even to me,at least not on it's own..I figured a more exciting way to do the whole singer songwriter thing would be to incorporate electronic programming into the mix ..so on my first cd i asked my friend Ben to help me out with the songs i had written for it.

and thus the basic concept of the pinter moment was born ...acoustic songs with electronic backrounds including loud guitars and keyboards to give the songs a little more strength ..and although i now miss having a band behind me i think this is the formula i will use from now on..it seems to work
